A roughed up stone tile material, without any parallax/depth. Has a normal and a specular mask.
When importing into Godot, I had to invert the specular mask in order to get the same behavior.
I would recommend adding an albedo mask (might be able to reuse the specular mask for this purpose) so you can change the color of the tiles without changing the grout color, and so you can easily reuse this asset with a variety of colors.
